5 out of 5 stars Perfect fit   June 13, 2010

This is a perfect fit for my Canon PowerShot 1300 Elph and a spare battery.

5 out of 5 stars A great value, and functional   March 9, 2010
N. J. Heldt (61801)
Since Samsung was too cheap to include a camera pouch with my Samsung 12MP Dig Camera 5X Opt 3.0IN LCD Silver, I had to come back to Amazon to buy a third-party camera pouch. I'm really satisfied with this purchase.

Pros:
Great design -- This camera pouch has three separate spaces for your compact digital camera, your battery pack, and your storage media. You won't run the risk of scratching your view screen on your camera AND you can keep track of your camera accessories.
Sturdy -- There is enough padding to protect your camera against normal bumps and short falls. This pouch is also solidly constructed. It feels like it will last a long time with normal use.

Cons:
Too much padding?? -- This may be a non-issue, but there might be too much padding in this camera pouch. The compartment for the camera seems a bit snug. This really isn't a big deal as I'm sure the padding will collapse down with normal use.

Final thoughts:
A great product at a great price. If you are looking for a replacement camera pouch for your compact digital camera, buy this camera pouch!

5 out of 5 stars Lowepro "Ridge 10" in Blue   January 27, 2010
Old Timer (Deep South Texas)
At the time of my ordering, Amazon presented as a compatible case for my new Casio Exilim EX-G1 point-and-shoot w/8GB microSDHC this Lowepro Ridge 10 in Blue. My having Nabokov's "Lolita" ("She was Lo") open in my text editor, a search for the 10th occurrence of the character-string "ridge" revealed, "Capacity: eight cartridges. Full Blued." On the weight of that similarity, I ordered this case that appears to be well and precisely built of sturdy materials. However, I also ordered at that time a Zing 570-111 SPEBK1 neoprene sleeve that fits the Casio EX-G1 more to my liking, that I use instead. Thanks to retailer AvidMax for quick delivery.

Great little case at a great price. It's actually a little too big for my camera (Canon SD780) but that's fine. Plenty of soft padding and extra storage space for a card, cloth, etc. Only wish there was an alternative way to carry it besides the neck strap (i.e. a shorter strap for carrying by hand or a clip). No regrets on my part!

3 out of 5 stars minimalist camera case   December 13, 2009

There's nothing wrong with this little case, and, certainly, the price was right. I bought it for a new Casio compact camera since it was recommended for it. It's too tight, though, too small. I could "shoehorn" it in, but that's a pain in the neck. Good case, just not the right size for the Casio; otherwise, I liked it.
