 Perfect Case for GPS August 26, 2010

I've had this case for several months now and it has held up well. The zipper has not had any problems whatsoever, which is probably my main complaint about other cases. As others have noted, it's not truly a "hard" case, but it is hard enough to completely protect my GPS from any day-to-day bumps and bangs. I can toss it in the glove box without concern, or carry it to the house and not worry if I drop it on the driveway. It would not survive being run over, but then neither would most hard cases.
I use it for a Rightway 550 GPS (which is a fantastic GPS, by the way, and measures 3-3/8" x 4-3/4" x 3/4") which it fits like a glove. Snug enough that it doesn't rattle around when zipped up, but loose enough that no buttons are pushed and I don't have to be concerned about any pressure against the screen.
An above average case I would not hesitate to buy again.

This case was ordered from Amazon as a case for my Garmin 1370T. It fits like a glove - you could almost believe that it was designed for the 1370T - with minimal bulk and easy access to the device. The cost was reasonable for a case as well made as this I am very pleased with this item.

I don't have much to add that the other reviews haven't already covered. Well-made case that is sturdy enough for everyday storage while on the go. It isn't made for, nor is it intended to protect a GPS unit like a shipping carton would. What I really like is the form-fitting size that does protect it without adding extra bulk to whatever bag or satchel you put it in. Also, the double-stitched lining protects whatever you store from zipper scratches - big plus!
Watch the price for fluctuations; currently I see it listed for $14.99 and I grabbed it at $5.18. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Perfect for Garmin Nuvi 265wt GPS June 10, 2010

Absolutely love it! This one is a perfect fit for my Nuvi 265WT and was very happy with it. Lengthwise, was perfect fit (no more room to give). Widthwise had about 1/2" extra on each side so no biggie. It cannot fit any other cables though, but I knew that beforehand. The case is hard, even along the edges so the GPS should be able to take a drop w/ this case. I like the belt strap bc if I were to walk in an unfamiliar city and use the gps as my map, that is where I like to keep the gps - on my belt. Although it would have been nice to have included a hand strap, it is something you can improvise by adding your own strap or carabiner clip on the belt strap. Had the gps been much thicker or slightly longer, it would not likely fit. I recommend you compare the size of your gps to the nuvi 265wt before getting this just to be sure. For example, my portable HD is just a tad too long to fit into case so this hasn't been a multipurpose case for me so far.

The ad for this states it will fit a 4.3" GPS, it doesn't fit either of our 4.3" GPS units, which are Mio and Uniden. Very disappointed. We bought one for each GPS, a waste of money.
